C'est important d'avoir leur point de vue et de savoir un peu quel est l'objet du conflit.

Ca renforce la piètre opinion que j'avais déjà des maisons de disques: c'est l'une des raisons pour lesquelles je ne les pleins pas par rapport au téléchargement illégal, elles truandent les consommateurs et les artistes, je vais pas pleurer! C'est surtout pour les artistes que ça me navre.

moi honnetement je pense que le groupe a surtout pas vendu assez de disques et que le 3e met trop de temps a arriver et EMI en ont eu marre et ils cherchent un moyen de les degager, ce qui est normal ausi, dans nimporte quelle maison de disque ou société, pas de rendement = aucun interet de garder tel ou tel employé, ou tel ou tel artiste dans le cas d'une maison de disque...enfin moi c'est ce que j'en pense, aprés c'est leurs histoires, tant pis lol

EMI did not respond to specific claims by Leto that the major intended to place advertisements on its official Web site and that it wanted ownership of the band's master recordings in perpetuity.

Autant je trouve ça plutôt cool de la part de Jared (&co parce que je doute que ce soit ses petits doigts boudinés qui aient tapé le message) de s'expliquer auprès des Echelons, autant le réponse d'EMI je la trouve relativement inutile.

Ce quoi ce besoin de se justifier ? Je trouve ça assez louche.. Pour le moment j'ai du mal à comprendre l'intérêt de cette réponse étant donné qu'elle n'apporte rien de nouveau.

C'est un problème entre eux, qui doit se régler entre avocats. A quoi bon impliquer les fans là dedans ?
